Law 1. [Cheating & Treason]
|
|
Cheating, and any other way to make your game play unfair to other players is
not tolerated to any extent. If a member is caught cheating in any way, the appropriate punishment will be decided by the
Department of Executioners and given to you.
|
|
Law 2. [Multi-Clanning]
|
Double clanning is absolutely not tolerated here at Aw. However, if you were in a clan
for that game, BEFORE Aw expanded to it, and that particular clan is not in any other game that we support, it is ok to stay in
that clan.
(Members in another clan for any game will not surpass the rank of Warrant Officer 5)

Law 3. [Respect & Behavior]
|
|
Absolute respect to ALL members of Aw is expected and required for you to be a part
of Aw. Disrespecting Aw and its members will result in being sent to the exectioners to be dealt with. Give Respect towards
other clans, our allies, and public people too. Active disrespectful to anyone will make our clan as a whole look bad. Any
kind of that will be dealt with by the clan Exectioners.

Law 4. [Registration & Rollcall]
|
Everyone is required by our law to register as a member on the forum. Our clan
revolves around our forum. Therefor membership on the forum is required to be a part of Aphotic Warriors. Rollcall is
something that requires members to digitally sign once per month to prove that you are indeed still a part of this clan.
Below is a list of punishments for missing rollcall.
- 1st Rollcall Miss: One rank demotion.
- 2nd Rollcall Miss: Demotion to the lowest rank possible.
- 3rd Rollcall Miss: Removal of all clan status & rank, sent off with a Dishonorable Discharge.

Law 5. [Tags & Honor]
|
Wearing tags in all games is required of all members everyday. There is no exception
to this rule except for what is listed below.
(The only exception is if the game you are playing in has a supported clan and/or guild system such as WoW or GW).

Law 6. [Member Rights]
|
If you feel for any reason that your membership to the clan has been compromised or
you have been demoted or banned, any member may choose to get an appeal with the Judges Advocates.
- Any person joining or re-joining Aphotic Warriors shall go through a thirty day review period, during which he/she may
be removed from Aphotic Warriors for any reason without the option to appeal his/her removal.
- The time limit to submit an appeal is seven days from the date you were banned or demoted. After this time you forfeit your right.

Law 7. [Recruiting]
|
|
Recruiting is one of the many ways to receive a promotion. However, not recruiting
properly, could also get you a demotion. When recruiting a new member, please make sure they get setup with tags if the
game does not include a built in clan/guild system. Also, make sure the e-mail they give you is valid. After that, create them
an account on our website. Explain to them that loggin in once every 3 days is required, but once each day is preferred. Make
sure they get the login done properly and that they change their password to something they can remember, but cannot be
guessed easily. The next step is to set them up on the forum. Having forum membership in our clan is a must if you want to
get anywhere. Remind them that when registering to put your name as their recruiter, and that they should put their display
name the same as they have it on the website, or their account will not be accepted. Improper recruiting may result in a
demotion if repeated. We will follow a three strike system with recruiting, 1st and 2nd times will be a warning, 3rd will be a
demotion.

Law 8. [Account Responsibility]
|
|
You are fully responsible for any and all actions on your accounts within the forum and
on the gaming networks. Do not share your accounts with anyone. If someone gains access to your accounts and passwords
and something occurs that could jeopardize the clan, your membership, titles, ranks or reputation, you will be held completely
liable regardless of whoever was signed into your account at the time and consequences will be placed against you the
account owner. NO EXCEPTIONS. Protect your Passwords, share them with no one.

Law 9. [Main Game Selection]
|
- You must have a main game selected at ALL times.
- Non-main games are optional and you can choose as many as you want. However, no rank can be achieved with these
divisions.
- In the result of a game change, the division leader of that game will have the right and responsibilty to decide whether you
should stay at your current rank, or start from the begining. The division leader has the right to start you off from the beginning
and arguing this rule will not be tolerated.

Law 10. [Outside Association]
|
Any kind of association with enemy clans and/or banned members is NOT tolerated to
any extent. By our law you are not aloud to contact these members or clans on any games, servers, clan forums, etc.
*Aw cannot force you to stop total contact with banned members and/or enemy clans as long as it is on your own private chat
room, messenger, e-mail, etc. However you will from then on, be punished by association if anything happens.
