The Constitution of the Silent Knights
Here listed below are some general laws that all members should know and anknowledge. The sK Congress, and its respective chambers, the Senate and House of Representatives are responsible for the creation, modification and removal of laws.
'We, the members of Clan Silent Knights, do hereby recognize that to be a clan, we must act as one body unified by our common goal to achieve the zenith in all of our endeavors. To accomplish this goal, we have established for ourselves principles and guidelines. These principles and guidelines are bound to all Silent Knight members. Here, Silent Knights will be known as sK in short and [sK] in our member identification. All members are created equally and should be treated with respect. This Constitution will be the primary legitimate body of law for all of sK. Throughout time, the Constitution may be amended to adapt to changing times.'

Law 1: Membership
Prospective members should be tested
in their games for basic competence.
Only a Warrant Officer 1 or above
can test and recruit an individual(s)
into the clan. If an individual is
deemed eligible, they will be added
into the clan database under the
direction and discretion of the
commanding Officer. New members are
to be placed at the rank of Recruit
and shall remain there for a period
of 2 days.

Law 2: Registration and Weekly Rollcalls
All members are added into the clan database by their recruited upon recruitment. Once a member has sucessfully logged in, they are responsible to login to the website at the minimum of at least ONCE per 7 DAYS. Any members failing to do so, will be automatically removed from the website.

Law 3: Tag All members of sK must have the [sK] tag on in the games, channels or servers that the clan is represented in. The [sK] tag must be located at the end of a member's name, example: MYNAME[sK] .
In games that has a clan management
system that allows guildmasters to
invite members into the guild
whereby the clan tag or name is
shown under a members name upon
accepting the invitation, that can
be used instead of the need to
create a new account.
Example (On games such as World of
Warcraft)
In games that do now support the [ ] characters
OR a clan invitation system, members will wear the 'sK'
tag behind their username. Example: 'MYNAMEsK'.

Law 4: Recruiting
Only Warrant Officers or above may recruit new recruits in the clan. Those who recruit are held accountable for walking them through the admission process of sK.

Law 5:
Code of Conduct
We acknowledge that every individual is unique and we are all expected to
treat other members with the highest respect and to carry the honor of the
clan to whereever we go. Examples of inappropriate behavior:
Spamming
Cussing
Derogatory or inflammatory statements regarding sK or allied members
Kicking or banning a person of higher rank.

6: Member Rights
The sK Bill of Rights
"We will hereby recognize that each individual is bestowed certain
irrevocable rights the moment he or she becomes a member of sK. These rights
include:
1. The right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
2. All disablements and/or demotions must be accompanied with valid and
well-thought reasons to which the accused member is allowed to bring his
case to a hearing of either an established judiciary organization or the
leadership of the clan.
3. That each member is not to do harm towards another member.
4. Discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, creed, or any other condition
deemed prohibitive as mandated by the United Nations will not be tolerated.
5. Each member should be given a fair chance to be heard by his peers, and
shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty either by an established
judiciary organization or by majority consent of the leadership of the clan.
6. Each member will be protected against cruel, unusual, and excessive
punishment."

Law
7: Cheating && Hacking
Members cannot in any means utilize third party programs, game
vulnerabilities, game glitches, or any other means construed to be
cheating/hacking in any games that sK officially supports on their sK gaming
accounts. Members in violation of this will be subject to an official
reprimand as their warning. Subsequent documented instances will be subject
to a demotion(s).

Law
8: Multi-Clanning
A member may not join another clan on a gaming platform supported by the
Silent Knights. A member may join another clan if the clan is on a game that
sK does not already support and is not listed as hostile under the diplomacy
page.
A member may continue to stay in a clan that they had previously joined that
sK had not support when sK expands into that game.
