Started in August of 2003, The Silent Knights became one of the foremost and well known gaming Clans on battle.net. Its founding members created sK with the ideals of it becoming a friendly gaming atmosphere and social environment, and with the hard work of all its members The Silent Knights has flourished over the past 4 years and continues to grow and expand.

- East expansion struggles, Many clans are jealous of sK’s expansion and try hard to kill sK on east.
- Redice[sK] takes over permanent leadership of east from temporary leader SpYdEr[sK].
- sK - M[o]H War: Both channels constantly being spammed and loaded with bots. X[sK] calls on a B.net representative to resolve the issue.
- Stream leads sK’s 1st Counterstrike Division.
- Lietenant General dArKsKuLl[sK] takes over War Squad from Co-Commander Eddy.90[sK] for his poor leadership and organization.

February 2004:
The Pre-Dark Exodus, several of sK’s generals and other members break off forming two new clans, iCoN and FoRsaken, putting doubts of sK’s vitality in many members minds.
- Darkness[sK], FallenHer0[sK], dArKsKuLl[sK], Ultima [sK], Corrupted[sK], JV[sK] and SpYdeR[sK], considered to formed Clan iCoN bringing with them numerous Officers. They were unsatisfied with the sK Leadership.
- qX[sK] resigns as Co-Commander of sK.
- Ransom[sK] joins sK
March 2004:
- Strong tensions between Clan iCoN and sK as more sK members leave for Clan iCoN. sK demands iCoN to refuse all iCoN membership from sK members.
- Clan FoRsaken shows support for Clan iCoN, cracking General’s accounts. FoRsAkeN grows rapidly at this time.

April 2004:
The Dark Exodus: Popular Co-commander Eddy.90[sK] resigns as Co-Commander of sK to join clan FoR causing countless other members to leave leaving sK with few members once again.

- X-Theonly-X[sK] joins sK.
- Resignation of Commander dArKsKuLl[sK] from Clan iCoN leaves iCoN with poor leadership, leading to it’s collapse
- Xperts[sK] resigns from sK as Brigadier General.
- Cow-Lover[sK] resigns from sK as Brigadier General.
Incognito[sK], at the time SpAnKy[VcK], starts to work for the Clan sK website team...at first designing new templates for the site, then flash videos. Later, he actually starts to assist in the coding of the site himself, and later finnally decides to join Clan sK in August of 2004.
May 2004:
Along with many new recruits some of sK’s old general returned from clan iCoN, including dArKsKuLl[sK], FallenHer0[sK], SpYdEr[sK], and Corrupted[sK]. sK once again florishes.

June 2004:
War with 77: After a shaky truce is made with FoR made by Blizz888[sK], Clan 77 declares war on sK, many fights break out and divided sK. The channel was loaded 4 days in a row and constant floods were present during this war. Members evacuate the channel as multiple backups are created then dropped.
sK adopts the new democratic system, breaking the clan up into 5 squads. sK is the first clan to use this new unique system with a democratic system allowing members to vote for their Squad Governor, Assistant Governor, and Commissioners. The change brings in a division between executive branch and military rank branch.

The Flip Flop: In contrast to the past winter it is now the east realm that is flourishing and the west realm is losing many members and very inactive, though most the generals still remain on west, they are about the only ones. Many of sK’s recruiters go from east to west to help the problem.

Once again sK finds their east realm struggling, most east members a flocking to leaving it even more desolate, generals and presidents move to take immediate action.

January 2005:
Once again sK changes systems adopting a forum based website and dividing the squads up by games.
Many members are upset by this and leaving, spawning several more breakoff clans and the largest lapse in members since the Dark Exodus.

sK though the members lost will never be forgotten sK has gained many new members with the new system and is in the process of making a new website along side their forums, once agian sK is thriving. sK switches back to the old-fashion military ranking system, also allowing elections for the House and Senate to take place.

- sK PGT Team reaches 25th out of almost 300 other top teams
- Colonel Tarquin999[sK] and Lietenant Colonel Lost-Spirit[sK] establishes the Warrant Officer Training Sqadraon. The purpose of this new division is to teach Warrant Officers their roles and responsibilities in the clan.
- Silent Knights opens 2 new Warcraft III Channels: Clan sKW (East and West)
- Creation of the sK Tournament Committee
- Virtual Forums created for the House of Representatives and Senate.

June 2005:
- Continuous attacks on the clan website causing many enlisted members to
leave. The members of sK showed true unity during these few days.

- The ToTaL ChAoS Radio affiliated with sK! Ransom[sK] founded radio station.

- The House of Representatives voted for the first time in sK’s history to override the President’s appointment.

- The Silent Knights “Silver Edition” template was released!
- LiKWiD[sK]’s promotion to Colonel.
- Velocity[sK] created the Clan sKM Channel on Bnet, members did not use it too often and eventually callasped.

October 2005:
- New registration system introduced. New recruits must now fill a form and have their accounts validated by their recruiters in their Clan Control Panel.
November 2005:
- 3rd House of Representatives General Elections
- November 1st, 2005 – The Battle.net channels were invaded by unknown hackers. They acquired ops by using a hole in the Battle.net War3 Clan system. The channel was in havoc for the weeks to come until a new patch was released by Blizzard.

- BaLLeR[sK] resigns from sK after numerous years of service for sK. He was at one time the President of sK. He has been serving as Chief of Staff for the majority of the time in sK.
- SpYdEr[sK] stepped down from his position of General.
- Forum-based system made public. The old Clantek scripts were removed completely. A new web design was made for sK paid by LiKWiD[sK].
- sK official expansion on mIRC. The channel is to be #sknights on irc.gamesurge.net
- The Warcraft III Division has been dropped to a Developing Division status by Velocity[sK] of Development for its inactivity.
- X[sK] temporarily takes up the position of Starcraft-Broodwar Division Leader with DiLoS[sK] becoming his Assistant Leader.

- World of Warcraft PvP Alliance Division is created by Chase[sK] and begins to flourish.
- The Department of External Affairs under its competent leadership works in forging strong alliances with many other Guilds to further sK's connections.
- A new system of awarding people for being the member of the month from a certain division is implemented.
- Runescape division continues to grow and is quite successful.
- President X[sK] will be submitted a letter of resignation to Council starting the month of September.
